These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, safety, and a smooth travel experience for all guests traveling with us.
By confirming a booking with GameDrive Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations
All safari bookings, trekking expeditions, tours, transfers, and travel services must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or through our official website.
A deposit payment is required to secure and confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once payment confirmation has been received, GameDrive Africa will issue:
- A confirmed itinerary, accommodation details, travel confirmations, and all relevant travel information related to your journey.
- All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payments & Pricing
GameDrive Africa accepts payments through:
- Â Bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, and other officially approved payment methods.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Clients are responsible for any international bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary banking costs.
Quoted prices are based on current supplier rates, park fees, taxes, and operational costs, which may occasionally change before final payment due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- As GameDrive Africa works closely with hotels, safari lodges, camps, airlines, national parks, trekking crews, and other travel suppliers across Tanzania and East Africa, certain services may become partially or fully non-refundable once confirmed.
- However, we are committed to handling unexpected travel changes with fairness, professionalism, and open communication whenever possible.
Where applicable, GameDrive Africa will make reasonable efforts to:
Recover refundable amounts from suppliers, assist with rescheduling arrangements, provide transferable travel credits where possible, or offer alternative travel solutions.
Refund eligibility depends on:
The timing of cancellation, supplier cancellation policies, seasonal conditions, and operational costs already incurred.
No refunds shall apply for services that are not used after the trip has commenced, including but not limited to:
- Unused accommodation nights.
- Missed game drives or activities, skipped meals.
- Voluntary early departures, late arrivals resulting in missed services.
- Missed domestic or international flights, or failure to join the tour without prior notice (no-show).
This policy applies because many safari, accommodation, park, and transport services are prepaid and non recoverable once confirmed.
However, whenever reasonably possible, GameDrive Africa will always make genuine efforts to assist guests with alternative arrangements or supplier supported solutions.
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control including severe weather conditions, airline disruptions, road conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or park closures GameDrive Africa reserves the right to reasonably modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activity schedules when necessary.
Whenever possible, suitable alternatives, revised travel arrangements, or supplier supported credits will be offered.
Certain supplier imposed cancellation charges may apply independently of GameDrive Africa policies.

4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Your insurance policy should ideally cover:
- Medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption.
- Delayed or cancelled flights, lost or delayed baggage, personal injury, and high-altitude trekking activities such as Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs.
GameDrive Africa shall not be held responsible for financial losses resulting from insufficient travel insurance coverage.

5. Health, Safety & Fitness
Guests participating in safaris, mountain trekking, walking tours, or other adventure activities are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for travel.
Some activities may involve:
- High altitudes, remote wilderness areas, wildlife encounters, rough road conditions, and physically demanding environments.
- Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice before travel and to disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
While GameDrive Africa prioritizes guest safety through experienced guides and trusted travel partners, adventure travel naturally involves certain risks, and participation is undertaken with an understanding of these conditions.

6. Changes to Itineraries
Travel within Africa can occasionally be unpredictable due to weather conditions, wildlife movement, conservation regulations, operational logistics, road accessibility, or safety considerations.
GameDrive Africa reserves the right to reasonably modify:
- Safari routes, accommodations, transportation, domestic flight schedules, or activity timings when necessary to ensure guest safety and the overall quality of the travel experience.
- Where possible, comparable alternatives will always be arranged.

7. Wildlife, Environmental & Cultural Responsibility
GameDrive Africa proudly supports responsible tourism, wildlife conservation, and sustainable travel practices throughout Tanzania and East Africa.
Guests are expected to:
- Follow all guide and park authority instructions, respect wildlife viewing regulations.
- Avoid littering or damaging natural environments.
- Respect local communities, traditions, and cultures.
For safety reasons, guests must never approach wildlife without guide authorization.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Holding valid passports and visas.
- Complying with immigration and health requirements.
- Obtaining recommended vaccinations where necessary.
- Carrying appropriate travel documentation,
- Respecting local laws and customs,
- Following national park regulations.
- Guests are also responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the trip.
GameDrive Africa cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during travel.

9. Liability Disclaimer
GameDrive Africa acts as a travel planner and booking intermediary for accommodations, airlines, transport providers, safari lodges, camps, and other independent tourism service providers operating within Tanzania and East Africa.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure safe, smooth, and memorable travel experiences, GameDrive Africa shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:
- Airline delays or cancellations,
- Acts of nature,
- Extreme weather conditions,
- Political unrest,
- Government actions or travel restrictions,
- Accidents or medical emergencies,
- Supplier operational failures,
- Force majeure events,
- Loss or damage to personal property.
- Any applicable liability shall be limited to the value of services directly booked and paid for through GameDrive Africa.

10. Complaints & Feedback
Should any concern arise during your journey, guests are encouraged to immediately inform their guide or a GameDrive Africa representative so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the matter promptly.
We highly value guest feedback and continuously strive to improve our services and overall travel experience.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with GameDrive Africa, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in the reservation.
