Welcome to GameDrive Africa. By booking a safari, trek, tour, or any travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure clarity, protect both parties, and help us deliver safe, professional, and unforgettable experiences across Tanzania.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be confirmed in writing through email or our official website. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance should be settled before the start of your trip. Once payment is received, your itinerary and services will be fully confirmed.

2. Payments

We accept payments through bank transfer, mobile money, or other officially approved platforms. All costs are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Bank or transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellations made after services have been confirmed are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows.

GameDrive Africa reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, park closures, or operational challenges. In such cases, we may offer alternative dates or services, but refunds remain unavailable.

4. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip interruptions, lost luggage, and high-altitude trekking (for Kilimanjaro/Meru climbs).

5. Health, Safety & Fitness

Clients participating in safaris or mountain treks must be in appropriate health and physical condition. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice prior to traveling. GameDrive Africa cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or personal medical conditions arising during the trip.

6. Changes to Itinerary

African travel is dynamic, and nature is unpredictable. GameDrive Africa may adjust routes, accommodations, or activities due to weather, wildlife movement, road conditions, or safety concerns. All changes are made to ensure the best possible experience for the client.

7. Wildlife & Environmental Responsibility

Guests must follow all safety instructions from guides. Approaching wildlife, littering, or damaging the natural environment is strictly prohibited. GameDrive Africa is committed to responsible tourism and expects all clients to respect the same.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Having valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents

  • Following park regulations

  • Respecting local cultures and customs

  • Keeping personal belongings secure

GameDrive Africa is not responsible for loss or theft of items during the trip.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every measure to ensure safe and seamless travel, GameDrive Africa is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airline disruptions

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Personal accidents, injuries, or medical conditions

  • Loss or damage to personal property

Participation in any activity is at the client’s own risk.

10. Complaints & Feedback

Any concerns during your trip should be reported immediately to your guide or a GameDrive Africa representative. We value feedback and strive to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

By booking with GameDrive Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated here.
