At GameDrive Africa, we always aim to provide exceptional safari and travel experiences. When you book a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help us ensure every journey is well-planned and enjoyable.

 

1. Booking and Payment

To confirm your safari or travel package, you must pay a deposit at the time of booking. Subsequently, you must settle the remaining balance before your departure date. For your convenience, we accept multiple payment methods.

2. Pricing and Inclusions

We carefully calculate our trip prices to offer the best possible value. Each package clearly outlines what we include, such as accommodation, park entry fees, meals, and guided tours. However, you must consider any service or item not mentioned as an additional cost.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You must submit cancellations in writing. The refund amount depends on the notice period you provide before the trip starts. In some cases, we may apply administrative fees.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and protect your personal belongings. Consequently, you can enjoy peace of mind during your safari in Tanzania.

5. Health and Safety

We expect travelers to confirm they are medically fit before joining any safari or adventure activity. While GameDrive Africa follows strict safety guidelines, you participate in all activities at your own risk.

6. Itinerary Changes

Although we strive to follow the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, park regulations, or logistical challenges, may require us to make changes. In these cases, we will provide you with alternative arrangements of equal value.

7. Liability Disclaimer

GameDrive Africa will not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense you incur during the trip, unless you prove our negligence.

8. Governing Law

The laws of the United Republic of Tanzania govern these terms. As a result, we will resolve any disputes according to Tanzanian law.
