Nixon joined GameDrive Africa in June 2022 and brings a strong passion for wildlife and conservation. Born and raised in Arusha, he studied Wildlife Tourism and Management at the College of African Wildlife Management – Mweka. With years of guiding experience across Tanzania and Kenya, Nixon is known for his expert tracking skills, engaging personality, and in-depth knowledge of East Africa’s ecosystems. From close elephant encounters in Tarangire to tracking lions in the Serengeti, he creates unforgettable, immersive safari experiences. One of his most vivid memories is the wildebeest crossing at the Mara River: "It’s where a wildebeest applies for its visa to Kenya—only the strongest make it through. Crocodiles wait all year for this moment. It’s raw nature at its finest."
